About the event

To be prepared for a healthy relationship, a mindset shift will need occur and that is much easier than you think.

What you will achieve:

  • A belief in your self worth
  • Reduced anxiety connected to fear
  • Improved confidence
  • New communication techniques

Many say they are doing the work but when I ask them to provide me with evidence, there is none. I will teach you what the work actually looks like and together we will overcome the great wall of fear and start focusing on what we bring to a healthy relationship.

  2. Develop the essential Soft Skills
  3. Create a Self Love Strategy
  4. Conflict Resolution

Bring your notebook because I will be firing the knowledge at you real quick and I need you to grab them with both hands.
